Order Cancellations
Please note that once an order has been confirmed, cancellations are not permitted. We kindly ask that all orders be reviewed carefully prior to submission.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is proven to be defective. Should you receive a defective product, you are required to notify us via email at shop@turath-ae.com within 24 hours of receipt.

Please include your order number, proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue with images attached. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

If eligible for a refund:

• Payments made by card or online methods will be refunded to the original payment method.
